Welcome to your very first Mindful Monday! Today, we’re starting simple and sweet, with an activity called “The Beautiful Breaths Bubble.” It’s like blowing a magic bubble that carries all your worries away—only in your mind.

What You Need:

  • Just yourself, a comfy spot, and maybe a little imagination.

How to Do It:

  1. Get comfy: Sit or lie down somewhere cozy. Close your eyes if you like, or keep them softly focused on a spot in front of you.
  2. Inhale slowly: Breathe in deeply through your nose, imagining you’re filling a big, beautiful bubble with fresh, clean air. Feel your belly rise like a happy balloon.
